Daniel TeruggiDirector of the Ina-GRM (Musical Research Group) Composer and researcher born in Argentina in 1952 and living in France since 1977. He is Director of the Research and Experimentation Department and Director of the GRM (Musical Research Group) at the National Audiovisual Institute (Ina). President of the French Section of the International Society for Contemporary Music (ISCM). PhD in Art and Technology at the Paris VIII University, he develops a Seminar on Visual Arts and sound at the Paris I University and is responsible of a Seminar on New Technology for Musicology at the Paris IV University. He has composed more than 60 works for fixed-media (tape), small instrumental groups and tape, or real-time transformation of instruments. His music has been recorded on European and American labels and he has written several articles on Acousmatic music and on Sound projection as well as on the psychology of perception.
